Bill, thanks for the heads up on the "Freedom" CD. I just ordered a copy. Can't wait to hear it. Guest, it's too bad that Willie Johnson's name is so common. His history seems to get very hazy after 1950. I'm going to keep looking, though. My father searched for him for many years through the musician's union and any source he could think of, all to no avail.
