You need to talk specifics -- what kind of software are you using to record? What sort of system do you use? The general answer, if you have to monaural tracks, is to import them as the L&R tracks of a stereo file and then adjust the voumes and tones until you like the way they sound together. You can then save it as a stereo file or you can save it as a blended single track. All this depends on what software you are using and what file types it can handle.
