Usually, I have a mop in my hand as New Year's comes at San Francisco's Camp Harmony, but Valentine Doyle made sure I was finished mopping and at a singaround by 11 PM (and then Valentine stretched out on the floor and fell asleep). I have mixed feelings about the singaround, since it takes place at the same time as the main concert at the camp, but the suinging certainly was nice. At midnight, I went over to the concert hall to collect a very generous number of hugs and some fancy food [and a hug] from Debby McClatchy, and then I went back to the singaround and sang until 3.
Nice way to ring in the New Year.
