I don't prostitute chess by playing for money (of course, I'm not really terrific, either), I don't fence competitively, I don't shoot either guns or arrows competitively, and I don't fling the BS competitively.

It is nice to be recognized, though.

Perhaps an award, similar to the Oscars or the Golden Globes or the Critics' Choice, is needed.
