I recall seeing a televised debate years ago from a rather austere English university which I cannot now name. Germaine Greer was debating a panel and at one point said something to the effect of : Little Suzy finds out at the age of five that little boys can simply stand and pee at the edge of the woods while on family outings in the country... at that moment, from the gallery, a voice asked, "Is that why they call them picknickers then ?"
