Time? Or duration? Within a relativistic universe, such as we have, it makes a difference. Time becomes, for example, the "fourth dimension" ("The airplane blew up 643 miles west of Chicago, 238 miles north of Kansas City, 30,000 feet up, at 8:12 a.m. today"). Given the time differentials inherent in Einstein's Theory, you should also make allowances for the various speeds involved. Duration, of course, is not time. Is duration affected by the speed of light considerations of Einstein's Theory? Does duration "speed up" with acceleration, while maintaining a "steady" rate on the control object? Does a watched pot EVER boil?
