Well, there's a difference between Eastern NC barbeque and Western NC Barbeque. It is always pork, though. In the east it's shredded and in a vinegar sauce. In the mountains it's sliced and in a red sauce. The "pig pickin'" is yet another traditional porky thing. Texas barbeque is beef. It's important to know these things. :) I'll give the tornado winds a shot, but no promises. Hey, here's my neat news of the day! I learned how to play a digeridoo! Talk about neat noises.
