The mayor of DC was told he could take some of the money DC needs from the Homeland Security slush fund. In other words DC will get paid with national taxpayer $ but not enough to foot the whole bill for the Inauguration parties.

We are getting a better idea where some of the 200 billion dollars for homeland security goes. FOR PRIVATE PARTIES. as usual.
