Bobert: "Coerced". Anyway---the saddest and lamest excuse for the disaster (not unusual for the Lones Star State---and what they still percieve as the wild west) was the attorney said he fegned that to give grounds for appeal. That should be an episode on Law & Order (if it was not already).
