The Andrews book is good.
The must collection, though, is "The Shaker Spiritual" by Daniel W. Patterson (Princeton University Press._A massive 550 pages with descriptions, words, music and satisfying notes and bibliography.

IMO a rrewarding study. The Shakers were a facinating mix of theological extremism and down-to-earth practicality.
