most cultures have some sort of blood pudding - though they may call it "black sausage" or some other name. seal flipper is basically meat; the "rotten" shark could be more accurately called "preserved"; testicles of various species are likewise common food in many cultures. The Svid is indeed a seared and boiled sheepshead - but again - this was a common dish in many cultures.
