There are some great recordings by Ian Bruce, Andy M. Stewart and Rod Paterson, among others. Also, I think you can get Gill Bowman's Burns programme on CD. Have a look at the Greentrax website.
However, I wouldn't recommend Jean Redpath's recordings of the songs in their original settings. Much as I like her voice, that style of arrangement is definitely of a bygone age.
