Yea - there was a piece in the New Scientist this week. Apparently the Lawrence Livermore Lab (or some such) requested funds to conduct research a while back. $7 Million. That much is true. And the kind of research suggested was chemicals that could be lobbed into enemy enclaves and make them horny. Certainly a distraction and if it became male bonding a bit more destructive. There were a list of other dirty tricks - not all quite so libidious.

Mind you - British Military had a dirty trick dept during WWII. The most amusing was disguising explosives as dogie-doos and having it planted near the heating boiler. When the Troops shovelled it into the fire - well shit really hit the fans.
