Well I, for one, found this to be as nicely turned bit of BS as I've read in a long time:

their condition of relative grace (goddamned idiot) or gracefulness (clumsy idiot) of even abysmal moral failure (Godforsaken asshole Bush))

That juxtaposition of "relative grace" to "gracefulness" was something that one can only dream of achieving when putting together thoughts and looking for good connections and transitions along the way. This is as tidy an intellectual pivot as I've seen in ages. Good job, Amos! (I know, BWL talked about not dissecting it, but I'd already done so and copied the phrase by the time I read his remarks).
