Mbo, Sopapillas, (pronounced, SO-PA-PEE-YUZ) are a clever Mexican invention by which large quantities of honey are stuffed into one's mouth by way of a piece of light, hollow, fried dough. They are the best excuse for eating honey (as if one were needed) I have ever found! They go especially well IMHO between sips of Jamaican rum. If you'll just pass 'em down this way, I'll show you how it is done.
