Panopticon is organised by Fans (who deserve the capital letter!) The story may of course not be true, it was one of those things I heard from a guy on a bus. Although I've tried mentioning the Who Shop to other fans and got some pretty negative responses (although it may be because they don't stock things some fans want!)
