Having had to put up with this for many years, I think I can offer a rough translation:

"Do you really think I am going to believe such a tale?A tale that is so stupid it couldn't gull an infant? Go on with you, your sister pisses blue!!"

Napoleon believes he is speaking the rugged argot of the Montmartre gutter, but it is possible he is just dreaming the whole thing up. He's not easy to manage and often refuses to listen to reason.
