I didn't even know about this. It sounds terrible. I was in Carlisle once but years ago. I have a beautiful sunset photo that I took while hanging out of a hotel window. That's how I'd like to remember Carlisle. My heart goes out to all those affected by this flood. I hope their lives get back to some semblance of normal soon. I hope no lives were lost.
