The newly-opened diner where my daughter just began working has kosher hot dogs on the menu, and they're not only delicious, they're *huge.* Whether they're *exactly* the same as those vaunted Chicago kosher dogs, they must be pretty similar, and they're great.

The diner also sells veggie (or maybe even vegan) dogs, which look pretty sad in comparison; not only do they not plump up when cooked, they're smaller to begin with.
