Guest Mike...Secord's home at Queenston is preserved as a museum or monument isn't it? It's been a while since I've been there obviously. She was born in Massachusetts I think and didn't come to Upper Canada until after the American revolution. She lived into her 90s, largely by the skin of her teeth, with little recognition of her deed by the crown.
