I looked out my window, to see the weather,
Must be off out, dance practice later,
Can't be bad, there's Yanks on the hilltop,
They can't be Scots, at the view they stop,
We're too sensible, and too damn cold,
But will a tourist believe what they're told?

I can see Arthurs Seat (Edinburgh) out the window, and the number and type of people on the top make a good guide to the weather.
