I am having problems with PLAY myself now - I have bought a laptop with Windows XP, and for some reason the MultiMedia control isn't giving any sound, even though the same program works OK on Windows 98.

I CAN export to a MIDI file and play that using the Media Player, so it isn't the hardware. And I believe that other people use it on XP OK, so it must just be something in the machine configuration. Maybe I need to install a driver of some kind. Also, I don't know if MIDI Mapper is available, this is the default in the code.

I will let you know if I find out what's wrong.
