Yeah -- but straight alpha doesn't quite hack it. CDs have to be sorted by genre (English, Scots, Irish, sea music, male vocal, female vocal, blues, classical, opera, jazz, banjo, kazoo, THEN alphabetically. And then, whenever you're looking for the CD you want to listen to, it's probably in a pile at one of the OTHER CD players in the house. (Or, for some people, in the car.)

Arghhh!

Let's not even get into cassette tapes, videotapes, DVDs . . .
