We call them splatulas in this house....
3 French galette/crepe spatulas 1 slotted metal spatula 2 wooden spatulas 1 metal pallette knife, often wrongly called a spatula.
The galette spatulas are like the pallette knife but made of wood. One has a triangular end, the other two have round ends. Great for using on nonstick pans and in the food mixer where the bigger splatulas won't go.
