Kaleea, the supreme court has overturned it's own descisions in the past. I know a lot more about history than I do about modern politics so I have no knowledge of the likelyhood of the supreme court overturning Roe v. Wade, but I do have an example of supreme court overturning it's own descisions. In Plessy v. Ferguson they ruled that segregation was acceptable "seperate but equal." Brown v. the board of education overturned that descision and caused the integration of schools.
