I think ol' Gee Dubya serves a useful purpose in at least two areas.

1. He gives the world a reference point for assessing political ineptitude. You cain't get no wuss 'n him.

2. He is a telling argument against them anti-abortion folks. Just think of the trouble that would have been avoided if his mom....

But anyway, everybody needs a good laugh now and then, and when was the last time the pres took care of that personally?
