The Japanese flowering quince has been blooming for about a month now. It got an any early start because we had some unusually warm weather in December. Since then the hard freezes haven't knocked off the flowers.

Daffodils have been pushing up, no blooms in my yard, but several at the university where I work. Lots of little weeds in bloom, and dandylions are going strong.
