Can't see St Catherine's Chapel unforunately, though its a lovely spot. We spend a lot of our evenings, especially in summer, at our favourite local, the Cove pub on the beach at the end of Chesil bank. We live Underhill, so its just a short stagger home after we've watched the sun go down. Incidentally, the eclipse viewed out at the Bill was a very spooky experience!
