There's no pleasing people. In another thread they complain about all the nasty conflict. And while venting spleen can be useful, it doesn't have to involve nasty conflict. For example "Garrrg I have so much homework, I don't know what to do about it it's driving me crazy. I can't wait till I get some more time" The only time it causes a problem is when you are venting about a specific person or group of people.
