No-Brainer Curry:

A cooked chicken, cut up
A tin coconut milk (about 350 Ml or half-pint)
A tin tomatoes
An onion, sliced
A naffing big tablespoon of curry powder.

Simmer together half an hour. Pour it over boiled basmati rice.

Serve with chutney of your choice (my fave is Hoe's - honest) Sop it up with Nan.

Drink beer ... mmmmmm ... beer ...
