Many years ago I read this article in Forum....

This bloke started out a rover scout. And he went on holiday to Germany and him and his mates, all decided to wear nothing under their kilts - for a bit of a laugh. Sure enough a gang of young slightly inebriated, reasonably well endowed young boy scouts soon became a bit of a tourist attraction themselves, doing displays of formation flashing etc.

However a cautionary note. The narrator found the flashing addictive and now he spends his leisure hours hanging round Edinburgh's many flights of windy steps, introducing willy to every passer by.....
