Doug, I think many people don't trust the court system under Bush and his friends. That may be a more fundamental thing than anyone is willing to admit. When the courts can be manipulated, and when law is no longer sacrosanct, then the very concept of democracy is in doubt. I don't think the "Court od Mudcat" will decide anything to do with this case, but it should allow you to see that not all people are as happy with your government as you seem to be.
