I thought it was a male gland that gets enlarged sometimes in later life. I'm sure of it, me mam always told me not to hold off going to the loo too much, otherwise I'd get cancer of the procrastinator, and then I'd have to go to the protozoist to make it better. At least he'd be able to put a finger on it. But I always poo-pooed the idea.
