Thanks for the feedback. I will look into whether this can be fixed. I don't know whether the Windows API will allow 'stay on top but only in this program'.

I am still testing 3.3.8, which will give 'mouseover' type indication as you move the mouse over each note. This will help to position the Drop more accurately when dragging.

3.3.8 will detect the pitch of a note by where on the staff you drop it, and will allow you to drag and drop more attributes onto notes.
I have also fixed a number of minor problems with the score display, and added key signatures to the toolbox.
