I have a gig next week and a member of my band wants me to sing "Christmas Day in the Morning." We all remember someone singing it, we though it was on the Chieftain's Bells of Dublin, but it wasn't. I know it is a Shetland tune and I have sources for that, abcs and The Boys of the Lough, but no lyrics. Are we all remembering wrong? Are there traditional words, or modern ones?
