These directions will only work for Whitby Whelks, first collect your whelk, bung it in a bucket, put bucket in wagon and drive wagon down the A174, A169, A64, A1(M) M1, M69 and finally A4600, remove bucket from wagon and abandon whelk on any nearby ground, it is important throughout this process NOT to talk to the Whelk. Make you return journey calling at a suitable hostelry of your choice (after you've parked the wagon)
