These are the prices on mixonic for 50-99 copies:

Black and white CD       $1.98
Jewel case                .35
2 panel insert             .90
Tray insert                .95

                Total:   $5.18

The prices go down considerably after that to $4.38 per package when making 250-499 copies.

I'll never sell a 1,000 CDs, so this looks it may be the best approach for me..
