This is a VERY self serving request. My wife and I will be in New York City from December 1st through the 5th and I was wondering if anyone knew of some good Celtic music we could catch on those dates. Or for that matter any style of music that would appeal to the average Mudcatter. While she's at her seminar I plan to head over to Mandolin Bros to check out all of the mandolas, mandocellos ect that they might have - but is there anywhere else in the city that I should check out for celtic style stringed instruments??
