I've worked out the chords. They are not simple. I'm going to type them below, in lines.   Each line represents one measure, and a dash represents a beat in which the preceding chord is repeated.

Am G Am Em

Dm - Em -

Am - G Am

Em - Am -
-------------
Am G Am Em

Dm - Em -

C - G -

C - Am -
-----------
Am G Am Em

Dm - Em -

Am - G soft - (it's dissonant)

Em - Am -
----------------
Am G Am Em

Dm - Em -

Am - Dm -

Em - Am -
-----------------

Depending on the group and the guitarist, it may be possible to skip some of these changes. However, the song is hymn-like, moving in block chords, and these are the chords. It's perfect for guitarists who complain that other songs are boring. Heh heh
