As fir Americans. most of us like to help out fellow man. Just as long as it out own idea... I carry a 40 foot heavy chain (weighs about 80 pounds) in my 4 wheel drive truck and over the last 20 years of livin' in the mountains have pulled quite a few folks outtta snowbanks, ditches, etc...
