Lana, if you HAVE to have one, my wife suffers from it, but she had to have, so she did, she was so proud that she managed it but shaking whilst she told me about it. Just remember the staff at the facility have seen all the fear before & understand it. No one is going to laugh or bother to talk about it because they see it every working day.
