Assuming you will be in Manhattan, you can take a look at Matt Umanov's (273 Bleeker Street, West of 6th Avenue) in Manhattan also. I'm sure you know both these stores are on the expensive side. What instrument are you actually looking to buy or are you just looking?

Brian Conway has a session at O'Neill's (3rd Avenue at 45th Street) on Saturday, 4DEC. I'm not booked to sing that night but my wife has some friends coming from out-of-town for the weekend and we might stop by.
