Finally seems to have stopped in Sheffield after 18 hours of snow. But often not very heavy. And mostly fairly wet.

Our problem is hills of course and all you need is one idiot on each of half a dozen roads and the city becomes blocked. Fortunately that doesn't seem to have happened much.

From my home looking straight out towards the Royal at Dungworth it is getting clearer all the time and hardly a vehicle moving. The kids have been off school and I have had chance to re-do a crashed computer.

Must stop relying on these damned things.
