The USA is not a democracy, it's a moneyocracy, as is plainly obvious to Putin and everyone else. As for Russia, it's a thinly disguised dictatorship, presently passing through a very trying period of instability and mafia corruption. Whatever Bush says to them is just a meaningless blather of noise that bounces off the walls...sound and fury, signifying nothing. I'm sure they'll be relieved when he goes back home.
