Thanks John - I agree about it being a cracking read! I lost sympathy with the 'hero' for a while but I think at the end that was probably the writers intention!

One thing I forgot to ask - anyone know anything about the 'Cele De'? (Sorry can't do squiggles over letters...) They are in Lawheads Celtic Crusades series as well. I found a Celto/Christian band with that name at www.celede.net I don't think they are Christian druids;-)
