Rolf Harris did indeed record A RAM SAM SAM. It's on "Best of Rolf Harris," Disky CD #85633, 2001. There's a sound sample at allmusic. He does seem to be singing it as a round, either by overdubbing his own voice, or with a background chorus--I can't tell.
