Hello Mary,   Its hard to discribe the songs in a way as they vary so much, from trad folk stuff to hymes some modern one written by Sting, but all are extremly poiniant and moving. The story will be told by a mix of readings, solo/duet songs as well as the chous.It really is very strong and I think that almost anyone will enjoy the entertainment and will cirtainly learn a lot about the History and lives of miners and their families.
