YY, that's a good suggestion. One of my friends sometimes writes back with a similar question if she hasn't heard anything for a while. However, I'm ahead of the game. Towards the end of the interview, I said, "We've talked a lot about my strengths and suitability for the job. Do you have any perceptions of weaknesses or limitations that I might have re this job? If so, I'd like to talk about them and clear matters up now."
