Today I made my first cassoulet [Sp] and it took ages, so many ingredients. However after many hours of work we had some for our dinner tonight, and it was pronounced excellent. Next St David's day I may make another. We also now have 5 containers of the remainder ready to be frozen, so the hard work will last a day or so more.
