Dark room, quiet. Ibuprofen if you can keep it down. Fluids in any way shape or form (non alcoholic). Try small amounts of caffiene. Ice bag to the head. Rub the webbing between your index finger and thumb (sounds stupid, but blocks the pain receptors in your head and really works).
